A former employee of a Fredericksburg business received a suspended six-month jail sentence Tuesday for secretly videotaping a prospective employee in the nude earlier this year. Mark A. Haynes, 46, of Spotsylvania County was found guilty in Fredericksburg General District Court of unlawful filming.
