A new center opening Wednesday in Spotsylvania County will be the first of its kind in the area - focusing solely on children. "We're going to be the only pediatric urgent care in Fredericksburg and will be specifically open after-hours, when pediatricians offices are closed," said Dr. Kyon Hood, who started Peds Xpress.
