The ceremony is open to the public and will be held at 4 p.m. on the third floor of the courthouse at 701 Princess Anne St. Retired judges and others in the legal community have been invited to the ceremony. Visitors can tour the building afterward, said , said Brenda T. Martin, Cameron's executive assistant and the deputy clerk of council.
