The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration on Thursday announced that it had shut down 26 interstate bus operators in what it called the biggest safety crackdown in the agency's history. The report of the year-long investigation came exactly one year after the deadly Sky Express bus crash on Interstate 95 in Caroline County.
