A suspected burglar who ran out of a victim's home in view of a Spotsylvania County deputy was apprehended by a police dog. Sheriff's spokesman Mike Harvey said a resident got to his home in the 11000 block of New Market Court in Salem Fields about 2:15 p.m. Wednesday and saw that the glass on his back door was broken. He immediately went to a neighbor's house and called 911. First Sgt. Greg Carter responded a short time later....
