A Spotsylvania County man is being sought by Fredericksburg police for allegedly stealing several items from a local grocery store on Wednesday evening. Police obtained two felony warrants charging David McCullen, 39, with shoplifting following an incident at Wegmans, 2281 Carl D. Silver Parkway, according to a police report.
