Fredericksburg police are investigating the vandalism of vehicles in three different locations over the weekend; no suspects have been arrested. The first incident was reported at 9:20 p.m. Friday at the Peter Chang China Cafe, in the Central Park area at 1771 Carl D. Silver Parkway.
