Virginia Department of Transportation crews in trucks are preparing for another winter storm by pre-treating Interstate 95 and primary routes in the Fredericksburg area. VDOT says motorists should expect delays due to the slow-moving vehicles, which are applying a salt brine anti-icing solution.
