Ariel Castro, the Cleveland, Ohio, man accused of imprisoning three women in his home for nearly a decade, is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday in a Cuyahoga County courthouse, and will speak at the hearing, his attorney, Craig Weintraub, said Wednesday.
