The Celebrate Virginia Live concert series will return for a fifth season to a site off Gordon W. Shelton Boulevard in Fredericksburg's Celebrate Virginia South development. There had been some discussion about moving the series to a paved area outside the nearby Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center in 2013, but ultimately a decision was made to keep it where it has been the past four years. The 2013 schedule has not been announced yet, but season passes are now on sale....
