One of the highest-ranking women in the Department of the Navy will be among headliners at the Dahlgren Heritage Museum's community forum May 9. Mary Lacey, a former senior official at the Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, and now deputy assistant secretary to the Navy for research, development, test and evaluation, will be at the second in a series of forums at the University of Mary Washington Dahlgren campus. The forum, also featuring Capt. Michael H. Smith, commander of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, begins at 5 p.m....
