Residents should expect to see increased lane closures in the coming months at the intersection of Route 1, Route 17 Business and Route 218 in Stafford's Falmouth district. The closures are a part of the $22.1 million dollar construction project being completed by the Virginia Department of Transportation , according to a VDOT release.
