"A lot of people don't know what resources are available in the area," Shirelle Wiggins-Bailey said Friday afternoon at the second community health resources fair she's organized. This fair, held in Warsaw, allowed members of the community to visit and speak with representatives from organizations that provide health services and other resources in the area.
