A Stafford County high school teacher arrested in September for having sex with students has been indicted on eight felony charges, according to Fredericksburg.com . Erica Lynne Mesa, 27 of Fredericksburg, went before a Stafford County grand jury Monday, Dec. 1. The court charged her with 4 counts of custodian indecent liberties and 4 counts of soliciting a minor using a computer.
