Three properties owned by James Ashby Moncure, the local real estate investor indicted on federal fraud charges, will go up for auction this week. The duplex at 207 Amelia St., a mustard-colored 1,591-square-foot duplex between Caroline and Princess Anne streets in downtown Fredericksburg, will be auctioned at noon Thursday.
