Before you get your pants scared off this Halloween, go put your lederhosen on for Capital Ale House's 11th Annual Oktoberfest this Saturday in downtown Fredericksburg. The city will be closing the 800 and 900 blocks of Caroline Street and the 100 and 200 blocks of George Street for the event from 4 a.m. Saturday until 2 a.m. Sunday.
