Virginia governments: Let the sunshine in!

IT'S TIME, I think, for Hanover County's Board of Supervisors to take on a reading assignment. The reading shouldn't take long. It's just a few paragraphs and shouldn't be too difficult to understand. These board members, you see, think the state's open-meetings law should be changed so three or more members could meet to discuss county business without having to tell anyone--such as the voters--about where or when they are going to meet. Having to keep voters--their bosses--informed is such an inconvenience....
