Justin A. Kutchi has received an Army ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps) scholarship Virginia Military Institute, Lexington. Kutchi is the son of John and Judith Kutchi of Spotsylvania County. He graduated in 2011 from Chancellor High School. Air Force Airman Julie A. Flaherty graduated recently from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Flaherty is the daughter of Elizabeth Flaherty of San Jose, Calif., and Ronald Flaherty of San Diego, Calif. She is a 2007 graduate of Colonial Forge High School. ...
